How do I create an account?

To create an account:

1. Open SoftSay
2. Click Sign Up
3. Enter your details
4. Verify your account if required

I forgot my password

Click Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I upload a post?

1. Click the Create Post button
2. Upload your photo or video
3. Add a caption (optional)
4. Click Post

Why is my upload failing?

4. Temporary platform issue

Try again after checking your connection.

STORIES

How do I post a story?

1. Open your profile or home page
2. Tap Add Story
3. Upload a photo or video
4. Publish your story

Stories may disappear automatically after the supported duration.

How do I block a user?

Go to the user's profile and select Block User.

How do I report inappropriate content?

You can report posts, comments, or accounts using the Report option.

How do I make my account private?

Go to Settings > Privacy and update your account visibility preferences.
