🔹 Getting Started

How do I create a SoftSay account?

Visit softsay.com, click Sign Up, and follow the registration steps. You can sign up with email or supported social logins.

How do I log in?

Go to the Login page, enter your email and password, or use a connected login method.

I didn’t receive a verification email. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, request another verification email from the login page.

🔹 Account Management

How do I edit my profile?

Navigate to Profile → Edit Profile to update your photo, username, bio, and personal details.

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings → Security, then select Change Password.

I forgot my password—how can I reset it?

Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I delete my account?

Visit Settings → Account, and select Delete Account. Your data will be removed or anonymized.

🔹 Privacy & Security

How do I control who sees my posts?

Each post includes visibility options (public, private, followers only).

You can also adjust global privacy settings in Settings → Privacy.

How do I block or report a user?

Visit the user’s profile and select Block or Report.

For posts, tap the Report button under the content.

Does SoftSay protect my data?

Yes. We use encryption, secure servers, and modern security protocols.

🔹 Using SoftSay

How do I create a post?

Click the Create Post button on your feed, upload media or text, and publish.

Can I upload photos or videos?

Yes! SoftSay supports media uploads. Size and format limits may apply based on your region.

How do I follow other users?

Visit their profile and click Follow. Their updates will appear in your feed.

How do notifications work?

You’ll receive alerts for likes, comments, followers, and updates.

Customize your notification settings under Settings → Notifications.

What content is not allowed?

SoftSay prohibits:

  2. Explicit content
  3. Illegal activity
  4. Spam, scams, or impersonation
